Greetings to All,

We are up and running! As you may have heard if you are here as a Lean Bodies client, we’ve been working hard to develop the New Body Blueprint site. We’ve done everything with YOU in mind … gathering information that you need and want as well as developing programs that will help you live a healthier life and become biologically YOUNGER!

This blog is a forum for me to have fun AND deliver quality information to you on a weekly basis … sometimes more often. I hope you will visit frequently and share your thoughts.

Is this true?
A: Heart only good for so many beats, and that it… Don’t waste on exercise.
Everything wear out eventually. Speed up heart not make live longer;
that like say you can extend life of car by driving faster. Want live
longer? Take nap.

Remember … Dr. Wong’s advice is “tongue in cheek!”
